Pricing + Payment

SLPwithMaggie is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies and currently accepts private payment only. You can pay for services online (through the website) via credit card, debit card, apple pay, and HSA/FSA cards). I'm also able to accept payment via cash or check. Invoices will be provided via paper or email at the end of each session, which is when payment is due. Upon request, a detailed receipt (Superbill) can be provided for all services and contains all necessary information for families to submit to insurance for (possible) reimbursement and/or credit toward a deductible. In order to maximize your chances of being reimbursed by your insurance agency, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network benefits.

Initial Consultation - Free

Your initial consultation via phone or google meet is always free! Initial consultations typically last 15 minutes. More detailed information and history will be gathered during the evaluation.

Evaluations - starting at $200

Evaluations include 60-120 minutes of direct assessment and 2+ hours of analysis and report writing. Evaluation cost varies depending on areas of concern, location (in-person or virtual) as well as time allotment. The cost includes the time it takes for the SLP to gather a case history, evaluate the child, write a report, and also includes a 15 minute, 1:1 session with the caregivers to discuss evaluation results, diagnosis, and recommendations. Cost of evaluation will be provided to you prior to scheduling the evaluation. If your child has had a recent speech-language evaluation completed (less than 1 year) from a school or other private practice, SLPwithMaggie does not need to complete another evaluation, unless you have new concerns.

In-person Therapy Session - starting at $60

In-person therapy sessions are $60 for 30 minutes, $90 for 45 minutes, or $120 for a full hour session. 5 minutes of every session will be used to discuss therapy progress, homework, etc., with the caregiver. Length of session will depend on your child's age and unique needs.

Telehealth Session - starting at $45

Telehealth can be a great option for some kids based on their age and needs. Benefits of telehealth include flexibility, convenience, and more cost-effective. At SLPwithMaggie, I offer reduced rates for telehealth sessions, starting at $45 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes, and $90 for a full hour session. Post evaluation, we will discuss whether telehealth sessions are right for your child.
